PJ Conley is currently a contributor for Harmony. He handles Latin American growth and specializes in events. He originally started at Harmony back in March of 2021 managing all of the social media platforms. Under his direction, Harmony’s twitter account grew from 82,000 followers to 250,000 in just 6 months. He then took on business development under the direction of Sam Harrison focusing on partnerships.
Before Harmony, PJ was working as the Social Community Manager for StocksToTrade. There he audited their social media platforms and created a new strategy to maximize engagement and revenue. He has experience in both marketing and sales with several fintech companies.
PJ graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelors in Digital Marketing and a minor in Business Management. He is interested in pursuing an MBA program within the next few years. PJ wants to become a CMO and eventually run his own non-profit organization helping the people of Mexico City.
He loves basketball and hopes to one day run marketing for the NBA 🏀 Hobbies include: basketball, gold, sports in general, photography, beach, movies, and making new friends. He always has a smile on his face and loves to be goody, so if you see him at an event please come up and give him a huge hug.

Matty: PJ has been asked to shift areas of focus several times, yet always shows up with a great attitude. He is a great teammate - always willing to learn, assist others, and find areas to make an impact to support the team’s initiatives. At ETHRio, PJ worked diligently to help team operations function at a high level. I look forward to him settling into his new role and continuing to find new passions to explore.

- Create a growth plan for the Spanish speaking community (with Boris and Rosa) and publish it on talk.harmony.one. In this plan include:
- 12 approvable candidates for 2022 Spanish speaking events.
- Top 10 Spanish speaking blockchain communities (IRL and Online) and how Harmony can bring value to them.
- Create 5 new Spanish speaking telegram groups in 5 major cities. Get at least 50 people to join each telegram group. Help 2 projects from each city write and receive a grant, then launch on mainnet.
- Plan 3 events around the Spanish speaking/Latin American communities. Hold 1 AMA a month in the Spanish community.
- Publish a final copy of "Path to Mainnet Launch on Harmony" to create a clear route for external projects to launch on Harmony, including:
- (a) how to leverage the Harmony DAO ecosystem to accelerate growth
- (b) where to turn for questions regarding testnet
- (c) where to turn for questions regarding mainnet
- (d) how to validate or verify authenticity of the project
- (e) how to raise funding (both grants and fundraising)
- (f) how to run a Go-to-Market
- (g) how to drive adoption in the Harmony community and elsewhere

- Create a How-To guide for how to get projects through the development funnel. This will help the team know what steps to take start to finish in getting those projects to launch on Harmony. ("Path to Mainnet Launch on Harmony")
