Jan 2022 deliverables

1. Product: Manage and document all internal products. Update roadmap and identify short and long-term plans for decentralization. Work with Zi to hand off design efforts.
2. Operations: Create and onboard DAO Ops and streamline docs, pipeline, communications. Handoff all DAO queries to DAO Ops.
3. Grants: Form LaunchDAO to delegate all approvals and funding.

• 🎽 li: great job on ramping up our dao ops with mikey and matt, and improving our iteration time on dao proposals. for growth, i would say internally you could help push product initiatives to converge faster and externally i hope to see you become an industry thought leader on all products including dao tools, defi, nfts and attract those projects via twitter or at events to launch on harmony. exceeds expectations.
