Airbnb info: Check-in 3/16, 4pm
Excited to host y'all.
PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS.
Firepit.
Grab a long lighter from one of the kitchen drawers. The fire pit has a key on the side. Give it a turn, 1/4 or so, until you hear the gas. Use the long lighter to light both bars. Don't turn it up all the way, otherwise it whistles. Doesn't mean anything, just an annoying sound. Throws plenty of heat with a half turn. Haha. Enjoy!****

- IMPORTANT*
Please throw away trash and recycling in the proper bins.
RECYCLING: BLUE BINS
TRASH: BROWN BINS
Do not throw trash or recycling in the green bins.
Failure to place objects in proper bins results in the city fining me, which results in me keeping some deposit from you.
Help me, help you, help me, help the planet. :)
Pets: Not allowed. Sorry.
Guests, even though Austin is very much a city, it's still a bit country. Having said that, it won't be uncommon to see bugs and critters around, especially in the summer time.
ie, possums, squirrels, coyotes, bugs, palmetto bugs, ants, spiders, etc...
I do my best to keep their presence to a minimum and will do my best to resolve any issues as the come up, it IS Texas.
Checkout time of 10a is firm unless otherwise agreed upon. Housekeepers show up at 10a andare on tight schedules. Thanks in advance.
