Hailing from Los Angeles a natural born producer and consultant, Garrick Hyde-White has been the liaison between brands and influencers for over a decade. His endeavors bring in successful strategic partnerships and attracts choice influencers across music, film, business, tech, gaming and professional sports to work with each of the brands he endorses.

Born in the depths of clubhouse February 18th, 2021, a degenerate group of people banded together to create the worlds first pizza dao. We quickly decided to throw the largest pizza party ever and feed as many people as possible. Rare Pizzas is a project founded by the decentralized autonomous organization (PizzaDAO). We are a global community of artists, creators, and pizza lovers who believe that pizza should be free.

We've come together to make this dream a reality at pizzerias all over the world on May 22nd, for Bitcoin Pizza Day.

Rare Pizzas are a collection of 10,000 generative, baked pizza NFTs created in a collaboration between 300+ artists from around the globe.

Empathy	Communicative	conversation turn taking	9 - I am interested in and value what others have to say and contribute to a conversation. I encourage others to share and prompt their continued active involvement in conversation with thoughtful follow up informed by active listening.	I used to talk to much when i was a kid. Learning the value of listening has taught me a lot over the past 15 years of “growing up” i have learned more by surrounding myself with people smarter than myself. Knowledge is knowing you know nothing and being excited to learn more each day.
		disconfirm own beliefs	9 - I openly receive new information and strive to evolve my beliefs as I gain expertise in a given area.	I continue to gain confidence that being an expert in web 3 in 2022 just means we are all early. I believe in decentralized consensus mechanisms and the empowerment of under represented communites.
		self-aware & articulate	9 - I know what my strengths are and what I can bring to a team. I also know where I need to delegate and ask for support from my team. Especially when speaking on my areas of expertise I am articulate and able to make ideas and abstract concepts accessible.	Understanding the reason behind my choices and decisions brings me a sort of feeling of pride, since I took a long way to reach where I am in this subject. Before understanding the world, we should understand ourselves, or else we will never understand the others.
	Personal	share a drink	9 - I strive get to know most of the people on the team, connecting by zoom calls, arranging lunches during work breaks, etc. I truly believe in the importance of making personal connections.	Making time to share a drink or a meal with someone is the most intimate connection you can make in business. Knowing the little things like some ones favorite meal or drink can help solidify the relationship and memory.
		spend 10 hours daily together	9 - With the right people and an engaging activity it is easy to spend 10 hours or more together and not have it feel like a drag. It is rewarding to see how much a synergistic team can accomplish in that time	Startup culture is my favorite because i get the opportunity to spend a lot of time with my team. I have been lucky to always surround myself with smart people and i have learned a lot from my teams in the past
		nurture & mentor	10 - Helping others to find their groove in a space or actualize a project is one of the most rewarding things I can do. I relish being able to uplift great ideas and help open doors for people that they didn’t think or know were possible.	This can be one of my greatest strengths and greatest weaknesses. I love teaching people and leading by example. I try to remain cognizant that mentorship is a two way street.
	Collaborative	make everyone shine	9 - No project succeeds because of one person. It is critical to me to uplift everyone’s work and ensure they are receiving credit. This also means delegating tasks to people appropriately, I find that people shine extra bright when working on things they are passionate about and feel equipped to perform.	Celebrating all the pieces of the puzzle is really important. Collaboration and delegation is key here. Rising tides raise all ships.
		people over process	9 - Everyone brings their unique experience and methods to a project. Creating an open environment where people can work and achieve in ways that make them comfortable is rewarding to witness and foster.	Since my early experiences, I understood that the companies that cared more about their employees turned out to be the jobs I most enjoyed and that I didn't have an urge to leave and find new opportunities. When a company was too focused on the process, it made me feel "disposable" (as I believe every employee is) but there were some companies where I never felt that. I guess treating everyone as they deserve and even more is a smart investment for each one of us.
		dare to disagree	9 - Disagreement is a healthy part of any project, a team is not a monolith and differences in ideas and opinions should be valued and expressed. I feel that often the best ideas stem from a conversation where people disagree on something and through that conversation come to an idea that might have never bloomed had a difference in idea not been expressed.	Learned from a very young age. Since I started to work really yearly, I had to stand up for myself and my ideas since at first "no one would take me seriously" since I was so young and junior. But I was truly passionate about my previous jobs and I put all my effort and motivation into them. Sometimes I disagreed with my superior by believing there was a more efficient way to do a certain thing. Several times my proposals were taken into consideration, thanks to my dare to disagree.
Passion	Devoted	long-time craftsmanship	10 - I have been invested and passionate about blockchain and decentralization since 2016. I have seen so much advancement in this field and grown with it.	i am one of the lucky ones who found passion at an early age. The interactions where cutting edge tech meets early adopters and new consumers became my obsession at the age of 13. Always having been an avid competitor the gamification of blockchain made sense to me early on, the equal opportunity of control and creation was an empowering theology that really resonated with me. Creating unique events and curating space for builders to meet and collaborate has been the most fulfilling part of my honing the craft of event coordination.
		obsess over details	8 - Attention to details early on can really quell any potential pain points and stress that comes around events	I am learning and growing with every event. Experience has taught me to not obsess but rather be over prepared with backup plans. Detailing out all possible outcomes can reduce stress
		hungry & foolish	10 - I am foolish and hungry. Foolish in the sense of wanting humor always present in my life and hungry simply because I always like to have a good steak. Besides that, I am also hungry for knowledge and inner growth in the blockchain and crypto area.	Quitting my day job 7 years ago to work full time creating my own company was a risk I took. Some called me foolish, I call it hunger.

		optimistic about flying off a cliff	9- In all areas of my life, when I commit I’m all in and ready to take that plunge. If I commit to a purpose I am ready to give it my all. Since I discovered the blockchain space and crypto it felt like flying off a cliff. Like an instant change of state. And it felt good.	I guess I was always very curious about the unknown. Of course, I am also scared of big changes, but somehow, at the same time, big changes excite me. Like that time when I founded Taco. Left my job exactly to pursue what my inner self called me to: have my own project. It was difficult but really awesome, so much I decided to do it twice :)
		your 50-year dream	9- To inspire the people around me to be their best most productive selves while challenging them to think outside the box is one of my best skillsets. my goals and aspirations are to build communities and teams to continue building and innovating ecosystems	leading by example. I thrive to live in the intersection between productivity and innovation, i find i have had the most impactful experiences navigating unknown waters with core fundamental principles and skillsets to guide me on my excursion.
	Authentic	consistent with own actions	9-"I meant what I said, and I said what I meant. An elephant's faithful, one hundred percent!” Really resonates with me for this one	Structure and scheduling have been my personal focus of growth and i am proud to have been consistent and faithful to myself
		make tough decisions	10. A skill that goes hand in hand with making and executing decisions quickly is making tough calls. In these scenarios I am always looking ahead to predict the domino effect my decision will have.	The ability to have a multitude of lenses to gauge ones experiences. Experience has lead me to a position where i feel really confident making “tough” decisions. Trusting my gut and utilizing my resources has lead me to where i am today.
		admit mistakes	10 - I am not afraid to admit that I am wrong. Everytime it happens, I take it as an opportunity to learn more.	in events the most common thing to happen to the crew is definitely mistakes. the important thing of a mistake is to know how to fix it and to learn how to avoid it again. By implementing a good team cooperation, it's possible to minimize the mistakes to a very low rate.

		effective tooling	8 - all processes and goals are always achievable in a more efficient way than the one we are thinking of. We just need to discover which one is it.	from time to time I encounter new tools and ways to optimize my work process and results. I thrive to find and use the most efficient way to make things.
		relevant to our needs	10. We all share the same need in this space for adoption.	Events are the best opportunity to make a first impression as a brand. Making sure that impression is digestible.
	Potential	10x growth	8 - When an obstacle or a mistake crosses our way, we shouldn't consider it as unfortunate situations. Every challenge is a step made in our path of growth.	all my life I fought to grow as fast and as best I could. The progress was intense and time-consuming. But for sure was worth it. I hope from this point to reach a 10x growth and acknowledge that in myself. Excited for the future.
		voracious learner	10 - Everyone and everything that crosses my path, is considered an opportunity to learn.	I stipulated a challenge for myself during some months where I obligated myself to learn every day something new about the blockchain space (regarding NFTs, Smart contracts, other defi projects, etc). I think this is the best example for a voracious learner.
		contrarian thinker	9. Challenging the societal norms and not falling into the status quo	Reading between the lines and sourcing multiple reference points has lead me to being a contrarian thinking. Outside the box.
	Impact	accomplish important work	People remember first what they hear/see last and therefore the final outcome should be the best possible	From a very young age my mom made it very clear to me that I'm not the last water bottle in the desert so I always had the motivation to achieve great things.
		activity < productivity	8. The value of a small properly curated event should never go overlooked.	Some of the most memorable events i have thrown in the space have been under 100 people. Holding space for people to make genuine connections is the key.
		thrive in chaos	9 - In working and setting up events I am accustomed to pivoting on a dime, problem solving and fulfilling last minute needs to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. In these moments I am able to make fast decisions and execute appropriately.	Things happen, being able to roll with the punches is definetly one of my most unique attributes. I'm a quick and informed decision maker. By properly planning and having backups is the most important process.
