Daily update before 7PM (HARD DEADLINE)
Our work day ends at 7PM, so at 5PM, we are often still working on initiatives.
7pm as the hard deadline allows us to include all our completed daily tasks.

Many times, our initiatives and daily updates are not suitable to share with the community. Community updates would be best in the form of pr statements similar to what we post on Twitter and not in the form of updates that we post daily. Providing the community a sense of the initiatives that we are working on is reasonable. However, if it is done in a form of “daily update”, it does not look professional and community will not give attention.
Rather than a “daily update”, when we do have initiatives that we can announce to the community, it should be done in formal PR manner. This will be more professional and provide better context to the community. (i.e. a swap.country announcement). This would give us a chance to better highlight big announcements.
