If we are to hire 20 more full-time permanent engineers, how to split among the expertise?
As the guy who didn’t know how to spell “block-chain” 5 year ago:
Bridges: I view this from an industry perspective that Harmony must connect with all chains.
Protocol: still at the core of what we do and we need to invest in nurturing the chain.
For Tools and Services, I voted -10 to communicate that we should externalize those as much as we reasonably can. Maybe not in 6 weeks, but definitely start and move that way within 1 quarter to continue executing within 1 year.
ZK: still early so now is the time to keep betting resources on it so that we can be ahead of the curve.
