Miguel is a versatile manager with more than twenty-five years of experience in restaurant management, retail management, and project management. Passionate about motivating teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering strong financial performance. He is skilled in leadership, focusing on ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the company's mission, talent strategy, team member development, and creative problem-solving. While growing his career as an entrepreneur as owner of a transportation wine tour business and a restaurant consultant, Miguel was prompted to study web development to meet restaurants' website and apps strategy goals. Through web development, Miguel discovered blockchain.
Miguel is a signatory for the Ambassador DAO.
