Finding Creators

1. Find creators and conduct a pseudo-motivational interview about their work, life and goals. Creators will be found by:
1. Finding a creator manager to help get in touch with creators who may be curious about the NFT space.
2. Attending local live music shows/festivals and striking up conversations with creators.
3. Attending creator-centric MeetUps
2. Shift questions that touch on NFTs and the creators’ relationship with their fans.
3. If creators are warm to the subject of NFTs, introduce Harmony and possibilities that NFTs can provide to the creator
1. Increased ways to interact with fans
2. Additional revenue streams
4. If creators seem interested in translating some of their work to NFTs, schedule a follow-up appointment in which the creator should bring a laptop, material they are ready to turn into NFTs, and a partner for the account creation (multi-sig).

White-glove onboarding (creator)

1. Assuming the creator is non-crypto native, begin with a brief overview of how crypto works and assure them the process will cover how to mint an NFT and how to process proceeds back to their bank account.
2. Begin with the basics of Metamask and recommend a hardware wallet in the future
3. Recommend a CEX for fiat on/off boarding along with Authy 2FA (which has password recovery unlike Google Authenticator).
4. Recommend a password manager like Bitwarden to encourage online safety.
5. Walk though the minting and collection curation process on NFT Mints.
6. Optional: Offer personal 0x address under “Referral address” during minting process. This aligns incentives and demonstrates to the creator they can use the same process to onboard their friends with their new 0x address.
7. Optional: Send the creator 1 ONE and show them how to move it to the CEX as to simulate if they were cashing out royalties.
8. Add creator to an exclusive TG or Discord for ongoing communication.
9. Create a QR Code for the creator to save for personal use that links to the NFT Mints web app . This allows them to put this QR code on anything from merch, to businesses cards, to posters to allow their fans to quickly access their NFT collection.
1. Use the Harmony logo as a default, as it’s the perfect opportunity to spread awareness. The creator can always create a new QR code later, or request a different image if they prefer.


10. Now briefly touch on further possibilities with their NFTs, such as creating social tokens or using the NFTs as gating to exclusive perks such as meet-and-greets, special ticketing, private shows, and digital (new releases) and physical (merch) airdrops.
11. Thank them for their time and curiosity and ask if they have any leads to creators who would like to make NFTs out of their art. (Ideally, if a referral code was used, they are excited and onboard their referrals themselves).
12. Airdrop business card to their newly created 0x address from personal team wallet or using the Send feature in the Copy Room.

White-glove onboarding (songwriter)

1. Assuming the creator is non-crypto native, begin with a brief overview of how crypto works and assure them the process will cover how to mint an NFT and how to check these NFTs to verify authenticity and timestamp on the blockchain (to verify authorship of lyrics).
2. Begin with the basics of Metamask and recommend a hardware wallet in the future.
3. Send them 1 ONE for gas from personal team wallet (Bonus: send them a Harmony Infographic NFT pre-created in the Copy Room with 1 ONE attached to it).
4. Use Copy Room minter dApp or other dApp that offers private collections to mint private collection of lyrics PDFs on Harmony.
1. Use if/then statements to “lock” sensitive documents to NFT if songwriter prefers.
5. Thank them for their time and curiosity and ask if they have any leads to creators who would like to make NFTs our of their art.
6. Airdrop business card to their newly created 0x address from personal team wallet or using the Send feature in the Copy Room.

Self-Assess

1. Write down how the meeting went, what went well, what could have been improved.
2. How many NFTs did they mint?
3. How long was the meeting?
4. Was a referral code used?
5. Contact any leads if given any.

1. While looking for creators, everyone encountered in-between are potential 1Wallet users.
2. Crypto and tech meetups are a no-brainer to find more eligible users.

2. Recommend a CEX for cheaper access to ONE (Binance.US, Crypto.com)

Self-Assess

1. Write down how the meeting went, what went well, what could have been improved.
2. Did they download the 1Wallet?
3. What were the reservations of people who refused to download?
4. How was the activation experience? Did they comment on things they liked? Any frustrations?
5. Contact any leads if given any.
