If we are to hire 20 more full-time permanent core team, how to split among the positions?

I’m biased towards devs and partners; devs deliver software, while partners are the extension which can expand and contract as needed. Product and marketing to help with direction and create a feedback loop on where we should build. Execs help with the big picture but in this space could be often wrong
