For me, a question of how you get the most bang for the buck, and the highest likelihood of results. Spinoffs and studios require rampup time and management, agencies can be effective with a well defined scope, but are better at short-term work. The right acquisitions, partnerships, and grants are more likely to start with a defined objective, have an execution plan, and have alignment with ecosystem goals
