Tested HarmonyTelegramBot to run and push onboarding automation without interfering with Harmony HR CRM records successfully. Arrived at Palo Alto office, met with staff and team for first time. Discussion about guilds resulting in my involvement with Ops. Continued work to provide answers for contractors and staff on processes, onboarding, offboarding, timesheets, and invoices due to changes. One on One with Li outlining alignments needed and opening direct contact for compliance issues. Team dinner to learn more about each person and what drives them. Reapproved invoices with changes after finishing investigation of resources provided.
