Following tasks will be accomplished:
- Enable 3 out of 4 validator setup with 2 harmony validators and 2 externals, such that no single entity can control the bridge. upgrade planned b/w apr 18-22
- Work with external validators to provide 24/7 service (better incentives and monitoring)
- Revisit validator setup for security assessment & improve the configuration & setup.
