This feature is already merged into main branch. Validators on shard 1/2/3 may take advantage of this feature to reduce the storage on their validator nodes.
To enable this feature, add IsEnablePruneBeaconChain=true in the [General] section of the harmony.conf file. It can only be enabled to nodes in shard 1/2/3.
Deep Pruning has been released with the pre-release v4.3.3 and is included in v4.3.4
