Currently, to create a wallet requires 0.20 which is a chicken and the egg problem. It will be addressed in two ways: skipping the create wallet until user deposits. See tweet
Secondly, we will have a stash of airdrops to reward users (2 ONE each) for retweet, follow to gain the reward.
