ADRIAN’S NOTES:
Let’s try to have a 3-4 day event BEFORE ETHcc leading up to it (think ETHDenver and the History Colorado Center). Find out the NFT event leading up to ETHcc and see if it makes sense to book it.
The main party can be on 7/19, the opening of ETHcc. If this makes sense, it could be massive and would overshadow anything else for the rest of the conference. We could be bigger and better than the headlining act later that week.
What we have to do is ensure that there will actually be people that would attend before ETHcc starts. We need to verify what that other event is that is before ETHcc and even see if this makes sense.
My thoughts are that we have the Terrasse de Paris Rooftop for the entire event or at least just leading up to the event (similar to the Harmony Hub at History Colorado Center)
If you think Cafe OZ Rooftop is a good headlining venue for a party then let’s do it. We can gate the entry into the party by forcing people to talk to us at the Terrasse de Paris Rooftop in exchange for a wristband (also to get them to download 1Wallet).
I still think there is an opportunity to think bigger and rent out a Museum or Art Gallery and host a party there instead. We would need to transform the space. We could have someone build out an experience there. Think “rAAVE - ETHLisbon” but in Paris. If we do this right, we have the opportunity to be the talk of the conference before the conference even begins, setting the tone for the entire thing.

- of the final quotation duly initialed and signed constituting a purchase order and/or the purchase order duly completed and signed as well as these General Terms & Conditions of Sale signed at the bottom of each page with the words “read and approved”
- of a deposit cheque of 50% of the total amount including VAT of the quotation paid as soon as the Contract is signed
- of a deposit cheque payable to Espace Yoyo as soon as the contract is signed.
The balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the event; in the absence of such payment, Espace Yoyo reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse access to the venue and to prohibit the running of the event.
Amounts not paid by the scheduled due date shall, without prior notice and automatically, bear interest at a rate equal to twice the legal interest rate plus the payment of the costs inherent in this delay and a fixed indemnity for recovery costs of €40.
As the price per person is determined based on the number of participants, any reduction in the number of actual participants will not reduce the price provided for in the quote unless the general economics of the contract is called into question.
Additional services requested during the reception will be invoiced at the rate in force, which may be communicated by the room manager. They must be paid at the same time as the balance of the event.

Q: can we buy general admission passes for the team?
A: Yes, we are waiting for the second batch of tickets. I recommend to all the team members to follow ETHCC on twitter and activate notifications. Is very hard to get tickets. First come, first served. In general, the tickets are sold out in ONE minute!
- Abraham will be in Paris from March 15th - March 18th. He will go to cafe st victor to confirm everything.
- He will visit hotels near EHTCC, and places to organize events (conferences, parties).
- He will take videos and pictures. Abraham is working in coordination with Adrian to find the best places.
