- Create multisig wallet with you, your partner, and your silents with a 2 out-of 4 approval
- Copy and paste the multisig wallet address in your project team group on Telegram
- Once BOTH partners in the Project Y team have verbally agreed to move forward with the a project, have the project submit their proposal to the Harmony Funding Forum under “Launches”
- Once the project has posted on the forum, BOTH partners in the Project Y team must individually “comment” on the forum post to “APPROVE” it
- Next, you must ask the project to send their drivers license or ID, home address and phone number to kyc@harmony.one
- Afterwards, send the project — privately over Telegram, to avoid spam — the link to the funding request form: Project Y Funding Google Form for them to complete
- Once all steps are completed, notify Li to fund your multisig wallet via your Project Y team group chat on Telegram
- Li or Matty will share the Project Y Google form responses for project wallet addresses
- Once Project Y team multisigs are funded, your Project Y team will need to release 10k worth of ONEs to the project with a 2 of 4 approval
- Afterwards, you will then copy and paste the transaction hash as comment on the forum page where the project funding proposal lives
