We have very little at hand to spin off. Probably grow and acquire over next 2-3 years to 50-200 ppl, and then a spin off later makes sense. Studios need to have a purpose and should grow organically, not forcefully. Partnerships is our extension for teams that wish to have their own roadmap, while grants need to be targeted well
