Toward community-driven development in the long term, how to balance our top-down control versus external autonomy?
Both spinoffs and acquisitions are less likely in our case. Within them, i like acquisition more as the chance of success is higher compared to spinoffs which require great motivation and long-term commitments. Studios, agencies, partners are less of a choice and more of what is needed to be done, when the situation/demand arises. For long-term, i still bet on the quality grants.
