30/60/90 Benchmarks

Day 30 Benchmark:

• Assist Sam in executing 88 Rising partnership and launch.
• Construct a loose partnership strategy that – when executed – will familiarize and promote the Harmony brand/ethos to new segments and communities.
• Foster the proposed relationships between Harmony and any strategic community partners.
• Support ongoing efforts to partner with new brands and communities in-and-outside of the blockchain space

• Research the current Harmony DeFi ecosystem to determine opportunities and missing links; then, propose suggestions for acquisition, partnerships, and construction of relevant DeFi tools on the Harmony blockchain.

• Meet the Harmony team, learn about their projects, and assist in any requests relevant to my position, such as Harmony events, DeFi conferences, partnerships, and ecosystem growth opportunities (undetermined deliverables).

• Timesheet at 20-30 hours per week;
• Attendance at ETHDenver as Harmony Fellow/Liaison;
• Close Definitive Partnership Agreement with XXX. Create Harmony GtM for XXX launch.
• Strategic proposal for community partnerships;
• DeFi Ecosystem map and proposed expansion strategy;
• Continuous documentation on any new relationships relevant to the strategic proposal.

Day 60 Benchmark:

• Revise partnership strategy and retarget segments based and research, feedback, and other learnings.
• Pursue approved partnership opportunities that are in line with Harmony’s strategic proposal.

• Continue to research the current Harmony DeFi ecosystem to determine opportunities and missing links, updating my proposal as needed.
• Document and communicate all research and evaluations to the relevant decision-makers.
• Continue due diligence checks on new DeFi partners, projects, or services to understand their utility for the Harmony ecosystem, identifying any internal and external liabilities.
• Bring on at least (2) relevant and strategic protocols or services to enhance Harmony’s DeFi ecosystem.
• Develop and coordinate more written documentation of the Harmony Ecosystem to create scaling opportunities for the brand.

• Continue to support other Harmony team members in cross-departmental operations (undetermined deliverables).

Day 90 Benchmark:

• Revise partnership strategy and retarget segments based and research, feedback, and other learnings.
• Pursue approved partnership opportunities that are in line with Harmony’s strategic proposal.
• Maintained relationships with new strategic partners.
