Initial plan: For the next three months I will be the primary point of contact and aid in the success of select Harmony partners. After speaking with Matty briefly, I would like to take point on relationships with BinanceNFT, MADNFT and Stably and/or Frax. For BinanceNFT I will explore how we can strategically deploy our marketing budget to bolster our ecosystem releases and existing partnerships. For MADNFT I will relay their technical needs to our engineers but manage realistic expectations. I will also aid them in their tokenomics design and deployment. For Stably and Frax I can liaison relationships with existing and future DeFi projects looking for stablecoin solutions.
I will communicate with Brian, Matty, Jack and Suede regularly to sync communication and iterate on this plan as needed.
