Meeting w/ Georgia Tech blockchain and the Atlanta Blockchain Center produced an opportunity for Harmony to co-sponsor Blockchain ATL with Binance as the lead sponsor. 70% of domestic financial transactions are processed through companies headquartered in Atlanta with less than 1% of global crypto located there.

Steakwallet (rebranding as Omni) they have native Harmony staking as well as ecosystem dashboards for Harmony dApps, working to get their documentation syndicated into support.Harmony.one by launch Sept 7.

Community Sentiment
Overall temperature from the “spicy” discord group we have seen over the last week has been brought down and they are no longer preparing a hostile takeover proposal, engagement resolved the issue for now. Will continue to engage with them to make sure they feel heard and valued.
Other notes:
7.2 hours in meetings with partners this week. Engaging with those felt forgotten is a key way we stem the outflow of projects, and support those that still choose to find new homes.
Next week social focus through 🕹gaming ops
Focus on analytical data from social (previously underutilized via conversation with @Jack Chan) and partner feedback to form structure of Q4 marketing strategy(delivery at Q3 onsite). @Al Cheung @Matty McDonald have read me in on enough conversations to fill to quarters of launches, overall in great shape on that front. Must focus on execution.
AMA format was largely received negatively throughout the community, responded and summarized at talk.harmony . Critical feedback should shape our way of conducting events of this type going forward. Engagement can be accomplished through multiple channels, from a team perspective rather than focusing on leadership exclusively.
