Buy ONE via Card, Bank or Apple Pay

Now that you have your Metamask set up and Harmony Mainnet ready, let’s get some ONE!

ONE will be available via credit card, bank transfers, Apple Pay or popular centralized and decentralized exchanges. In this walkthrough, we will be using Chainbits and Metamask.

Chainbits Guide (No KYC, $50 minimum, Higher Fees)

  1. Visit harmony.one/buy and click Buy Now next to Chainbits.

  1. Select I’m not a robot and complete the verification prompt (unless you are a robot in which case this is the end of the road 😢).

  1. A screen showing a transaction between BTC and USD will appear.

  1. Tap on BTC and type ‘one’. Harmony ONE (ONE) will appear.

5. Enter an amount in USD greater than or equal to $50.

  1. Enter your Harmony (ONE) wallet address OR click ‘Connect your wallet to add the address’.

  1. If you click, “Connect your wallet to add the address” Wallet Connect will begin loading.

  1. Select your preferred wallet. We used Metamask for this guide.

  1. You will be redirected to your preferred wallet after clicking. Press Connect to connect your wallet to Simplex.

  1. You will be redirected back to Chainbits and your wallet address should now appear. Click Continue.

  1. Manually enter your card information or click Buy with Apple Pay

‼️ Use a debit card, NOT a credit card, to ensure the transaction goes through ‼️

  1. If using Apple Pay, double click the power button to confirm the payment.

  1. After confirming in Apple Pay, you will be directed to this screen. Scroll down and click Pay Now.

  1. A loading screen will appear.

  1. If the payment does not go through, this screen will appear. Click Back.

  1. You will be asked to verify your email before the payment goes through.

  1. You will receive an email from Simplex (no-reply@simplex.com) with the code to enter.

  1. Enter the code and press Continue

  1. Read through the final disclaimer, and if ready to finish the payment, Click I agree.

  1. Once the payment has gone through, this screen will appear 🎉

  1. Simplex will send you a confirmation email with your transaction details.

Metamask Guide (KYC, $30 minimum, Lower Fees)

  1. Open Metamask and select Buy

  3. Select Amount in USD

  5. Select ONE tokens, Payment Method, and Buy Now

  1. Input your Harmony Wallet address (one1…) and Buy ONE

  1. Enter Email

  1. Enter Verification Code

  1. You will now start the KYC process, enter your Personal Details

  1. Physical Address

  1. Social Security Number

  1. Finally your ID Proof & Selfie

  1. Allow an average of 40 minutes for complete verification (maximum is 24 hours)
